As an on-going marketing consultant for Cunningham | Quill Architects, I have performed a variety of services to help guide the firm in a successful marketing strategy. Services include award submission strategy, responses to requests for proposals, marketing material generation and a website redesign with more than 100 internal pages and an updated blog.

Key Accomplishments
In 2021, after redesigning the Residents at St. Elizabeths East awards package, the project won 5 awards in a single award season.
Over a 3-month period in 2019, we achieved a 75% proposal hit rate after being successfully awarded 3 out of 4 significant new projects.
