Process + Pricing
No two projects are alike and each new endeavor requires an introductory call before an estimate for services will be provided. To begin, I gather client requirements to determine what factors are driving a project and what key audiences need to be reached. I compare your project with past work to estimate my time. Proposals are always estimates; I track my time using timesheet software and a final invoice reflects the estimate plus or minus additional hours billed at my hourly rate and based on the number of edits required or scope creep.
Often the #1 factor in determining how quickly a project can be completed (and how it is priced) is based on how organized and responsive a client is.
Branding
Logos, whether illustrative or typographic, vary greatly in technique and difficulty. All final files will be reflective of the client’s mission and vision and include formatted versions for both high resolution print projects and web quality for digital use. A Style Guide may be recommended for branding across print and digital platforms (1-3 weeks).
Packages
Basic: Brand mark in a horizontal, vertical and/or stacked orientation; formatted for print and web use. Starting at $1,000.
Advanced: Illustrative component included, vertical and/or stacked orientation; formatted for print and web use. Includes supporting identity elements (color palette, patterns, icons), suggested fonts and style guide. Starting at $2,500.
Print materials include booklets, flyers, postcards, responses to requests for proposals, Annual Reports, promotional materials and merchandise, business cards, stationery, signs, banners and more. Print collateral is produced in Adobe Creative Suite with final press-ready PDF files provided at project completion.
All final copy and images are required before a project starts. Once the client provides final copy and any relevant imagery, an initial draft will be completed within 5-10 business days, depending on the project complexity. Three rounds of review: after the first draft, the client has typically 3-5 business days for comment; a second draft will be provided the following week with similar time for client review and comments. A final draft addresses any word-smithing, grammatical errors or image selection but does not change the structure of the document. Final raw files may be packaged and provided to clients upon requests (total time around 2-4 weeks).

Website Design
Website designers are responsible for a website’s look and feel, while developers create code which determine how a website works. I am a website designer. I work on the platforms WIX and Squarespace exclusively. I use these cloud-based website generators because I have found them to be cost efficient, user-friendly, and provide built-in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) that serves clients well over time. Once the website is designed, a client has complete control over the editing process and future updates (1-3 weeks).
Packages
Basic: 1-3 page website to include all supporting graphics, help with image selection, domain purchase, and launch. Starting at $1,500.
Advanced: 3+ page website to include supporting graphics, help with image selection, domain purchase, and launch. May include post-launch tutorial or maintenance hours. Starting at $3,500.
In addition to the services above, I provide marketing strategy for architects and responses to requests for proposals. I can also provide help with content creation and social media graphics.
Here’s what I don’t do! HTML code, WordPress, animation, video or social media marketing.
